Need Housing Resources?

While ECHO does not provide direct services, we do facilitate the Coordinated Entry (CE) process to help persons experiencing literal homelessness get connected to housing programs. Read the descriptions below to see what resources are right for you.

Coordinated Entry

If you or someone you know is living outside, in a car, in emergency shelter, or any other place not meant for human habitation, please visit one of our Coordinated Entry locations to meet with a CE specialist.

Financial or other Basic Needs

If you are unstably housed, need financial assistance or other basic needs such as clothing or food, please contact 2-1-1 or to be referred to community resources.

Emergency Shelter

ECHO does not coordinate emergency shelter stay. If you are in need of shelter or fleeing domestic violence, please follow the link for information on emergency resources.
